Refund Policy

Because Storeloom Studio sells digital downloadable products, refunds may be limited after files have been accessed or downloaded. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read this before ordering.

Before you order

Customers should review product descriptions, included files, and formats before ordering. Every pack's product page lists exactly what's inside and which formats are included, and the Samples page shows the visual style.

If something goes wrong

If a customer receives the wrong file, cannot access the file, or experiences a technical issue, they should contact support. Storeloom Studio may provide replacement access, corrected files, or support where appropriate.

Custom work

Custom work, if offered separately, may have different refund terms, which we confirm in writing before you pay.
